Untitled Unmastered.

Shortly after the monumental success of To Pimp a Butterfly (TPAB), Kendrick Lamar shocked the world again—this time with a collection of songs that almost didn't make the cut. "untitled unmastered." is far more than just a collection of outtakes, however. It's an eight-part suite of funk, jazz, soul, and politically charged rap that pushes the boundaries of the genre and proves that even Kendrick's "sketches" put most other artists' finished albums to shame.

The minimalist, dark green cover perfectly reflects the content: no distractions, just the music. For Kendrick Lamar fans, this album is the missing piece of the puzzle to understand the complexity of his work during his most creative period. It's an intimate portrait of an artist at the height of his powers.
