How do you package my records?
We exclusively use special, shock-resistant cardboard boxes for vinyl records. Every package is carefully packed.
Do you ship outside of Austria?
Yes, we also deliver to Germany. You can find the exact shipping costs for your country in our shipping conditions .
What should I do if my record arrives damaged?
Don't worry! Please take photos of the package and the damaged goods immediately after unpacking and send them to our support team. We will promptly send you a replacement or refund the purchase price.
Are these new or used records?
We currently only stock brand new, originally packaged goods.
My record is skipping. What can I do?
This is often due to an incorrect tonearm setting or dust. Please clean the record first. If the problem persists, contact us for a return.
How does the return process work?
You have a 30-day return policy with us. Please contact us using the form below. You can find details in our cancellation and return policy .
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay us via PayPal, credit card, Klarna (purchase on account) or Apple/Google Pay.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your package hasn't been packed yet, that's no problem. Please send us an email with your order number as soon as possible.
