Texas Moon EP

A nighttime journey through the Lone Star State

"When the sun goes down, the moon comes up." – After the sun-drenched success of "Texas Sun," Khruangbin and Leon Bridges return to explore the darker, gentler side of their homeland. "Texas Moon" is the perfect musical accompaniment for the blue hours of the night.

Where its predecessor evoked images of scorching highways and dazzling lights, "Texas Moon" is an invitation to pause and reflect. The EP is a masterful fusion of Khruangbin's hypnotic, Thai-inspired funk guitars and Leon Bridges' honeyed retro-soul vocals. It's a sound that wraps itself around the listener like a warm blanket – intimate, mysterious, and deeply relaxing.

A soundtrack for dreamers and connoisseurs:

"Texas Moon" is not merely a sequel, but a broadening of horizons. It's the ideal record for late evenings, long conversations, or simply escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A short but intense masterpiece that proves less is sometimes more.
