Gerüchte gab es schon lange, doch jetzt präsentieren The Strokes ihr neues Album »Reality Awaits« endlich der ganzen Welt.
»The New Abnormal«, die letzte Platte der New Yorker Band, erschien nach einer siebenjährigen Pause und wurde von Fans sowie Kritikern als perfektes Comeback gefeiert. Für dieses Werk erhielten Julian Casablancas und seine Mitstreiter zudem den Grammy für das beste Rockalbum.
Sechs Jahre später knüpfen The Strokes nun mit »Reality Awaits« nahtlos an diesen Erfolg an. Produziert wurde der siebte Langspieler erneut vom legendären Rick Rubin, der den neuen Songs einen klaren, mitreißenden Sound verleiht.
Die zackige, sommerliche erste Single »Going Shopping« sorgt dabei sofort für gute Laune. Mit reichlich Twang in den Gitarren und einer Prise Autotune auf Casablancas’ Stimme bringt sie eine frische Note in den typischen The-Strokes-Sound.

We exclusively use special, shock-resistant cardboard packaging for vinyl. Every package is packed with care.
You have a 30-day return policy with us. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
